When I was at Trader Joe's on Sunday I bought Rachel a couple of things for her lunch at her request including stuffed poblano peppers from the refrigerator section, but at lunch today, she found that someone had traded the sleeve on the peppers for a much less expensive cheese enchilada entree. That's so wrong. I paid $4.99 for what I thought was stuffed poblanos! The enchiladas are $2 less! That's so rude, selfish, just wrong for someone to do that!

I wouldn't say it's shoplifting. But, it is cheating a customer out of the true intended product. Sorry, that's awful!

I paid $2 more for a product I didn't get, while they got more for less. It's infuriating!

Take it back and speak to the manager. If you get no satisfaction tell him you're going to call the local tv/radio stations.

When I find green cheese or broken open packages I take them to the manager.. and if the cheese is green I normally say "Ummm I don't think this is suppose to be this color, just sayin!"   the other week I bought dog food was wondering why the dog wouldn't touch it, here I look at the box... out dated by 2 yrs...

BUT it really wouldn't be the managers fault, it's whoever did it.

I know it's most likely not the manager's fault but he's the manager and needs to know what's going on. It could have been something done in the store or at the factory. It's up to the manager to make it right for their customers.
