I woke up in such a mood I could eat my own young. No reason...nothing happened...slept well and I went to bed feeling pretty good! Why does this happen? By the way...if I don't like what you say....I'll most likely delete this post! (lol KIDDING)

Maybe you had a dream that angered you but you can't remember it?

1 mom liked this

Could be...but I seldom dream (or remember them.) I can't recall the last dream I had that I could recite the next day.

This happens to me almost EVERY day. I'm thinking that when you are sleeping something is bothering you subconsciously.
Or you are really not getting a good nights sleep for some reason...
Do you snore by chance? I know odd question but some people have sleep apnea and don't even know it and it can create the foul mood and fatigue also

I don't believe I snore. My husband has never complained anyway. I'm usually NOT a good sleeper. I am typically exhausted by 9:30 PM...fall asleep very quickly but wake up about 4 hours later and toss and turn until about 4:30-5:00 until I finally get up.
