Where a " series of unfortunate events" has just
left you ...." Angry all over the place"?

Like the day was so freakin uncomfortable that innocent comments make you bite your lip as to not spread your " mad"? What do you do to lower you blood pressure and make the day "less personalized" and realize not everyone in your own home is out to get you?

( yes, I'm angry all over the place today. Spanning from California to Tennessee! Grrr!)

Yes I have just had 2 days like that. Today is the first day in a long time that I have not been in tears of anger or frustration. All i can suggest is to hang in there. Sooner or later you are bound to have a better day.group hug

Long story and part oft crappy day. Suffice to say that at least I'm not worse of from the hole in my head than before they drilled, but doc believes in his theory and I play guinea pig the first two weeks of December, but if he finds it and fixes me, whatever it takes, right?

{{{{{HUGS}}}}} I'd be willing to bet we all have those days. What I sometimes do is have a good cry in the shower. Or I go for a walk, have a cigarette, read or just plain be alone and do something that I enjoy. Even if it's just sitting on the sofa staring at the tv. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

Oooo girl, I know exactly what you mean.

Depending on what is available to me, time wise and other wise, I will take a little time for 'me' to get myself together.  I especially like going for a drive and listening to music.  It doesn't have to be a long drive - maybe 20 minutes- and I can refocus myself.

If I can't go for a drive, I'll take a shower or a bath.  It doesn't matter what time of day or evening it is, hot water does wonders for my mood.

And ofcourse there is always good ol' red wine to brighten my mood!  lol
