I am so sorry :( Do you think you might need to carry a reminder book with you? Have TO DO list all the time and keep checking it?

Why do you think you forget easely? So much on your mind? Sorry I can not be more of a help.

I agree withe other replies: start with your primary care doctor, an they'll give you referrals to the right specialist ( if you insurance requires such). Cognitive and visual testing may help if so ordered. Good luck; I hope your health improves soon ((hugs))

are u under a major stress factor at the moment?  I find that when I am undergoing something traumatic or stressful (ie: the kid having surgery, or something of that nature) I get very forgetful - at work, at home, and on CM with my admin duties.

Going to doc is a great start to make sure than nothing is wrong, however.

Hope things get better for you.

I'm a note taker...have stickies all over. I also prioritize my lists. Things I HAVE to do...things I SHOULD do...and things I WANT to do. Hope this helps!
