Arghh, DH got wax on his new corduroy pants. Any idea how to take it off? Is it possible at all? Once long ago I tried cloth and iron, but it didn't work.

Help, ladies?

I dunno... you could try to freeze it to get off a lot of the wax. And then use boiling water over the rest to see if it will flush off.

That's what I was reading too. Put in freezer to freeze wax then use a butter knife to peel it off. And then the iron tick to but you said it didn't work. Hope somebody helps.

do the ice then try a hairdryer from the inside out?

I have used peanut butter to get off gum, and it came out.

Turn it inside out and iron it onto a towel

Are you serious? How does that work?
