 I have just sneezed and felt EVERY single muscle I have just exercised. LOL I hope that means I've done them well...or right...or SOMETHING! I may have to give a day to recover before beginning anew on Monday!

 ooo... don't overdo it.. you don't want a muscle or tendon strain keeping you off course... !

Your supposed to give your body a day of rest anyway. You want to push yourself but not over do it, over doing exercise can cause strain.

 I don't hurt unless it's an abrupt movement...like a sneeze. I'm assuming it's because your muscles tighten very quickly. The SAME tummy muscles I've focused on strengthening.

Take it slow and easy. Build up your reps as you progress...

Vickey my stomach is sore too lol. Just trying to sit hurts lol. But I like it I know I did good =)

 Whew...glad I have someone with me who also feels like I do! LOL I recover very quickly so I'm sure tomorrow I'll be good as new. Like I said...I don't really hurt unless I make a sudden movement (like that sneeze!) Then I FELT my tummy burn a little! LOL
