I rarely use coupons. Usually the price of generic is much cheaper then name brand with coupon.

I don't do much other than clip and use. One thing I do is look for sales on items I have coupons for though. ie. My hair styling stuff id regular $4.87, last week it was on sale for $2.97 and I had a $1 coupon. The hot dogs we buy are near $3, they were on sale for $1.33 and I had a 55¢ coupon. I saved about $6 last week in coupons plus the sale price savings.


Don't cut out more than you are going to need it only causes clutter. Make sure to READ the coupon to see if there are other things you may need to buy or how many you may get with one coupon.
