Like to hold hands?

When my husband died that was the one single thing I missed and needed like breathing. Now I love to hold my granddaughter's tiny hand.

It just wasn't done by my parents and grandparents that I can recall

My kids are that way. I am admittedly a germaphobe and not really into public displays of affection, but I do enjoy just sitting and holding hands

Yes, I did hold hands and still do sometimes with the boys, especially my 9 year old.
When Dan died I missed the hand holding but I really missed his hugs the most. Still get those from the boys though.

Kids are awesome and yes I love hugs and sure missed those. They're great tension relievers.

I miss the innocent touching so much! Holding hands, the big bear hugs, forehead kisses, sleeping - just sleeping - with him. We weren't big hand holders, but I miss it.

It's hard to on your own after having someone to love
