Too distracted

Lately just can’t focus on conversation, reading or tv show. My mind just wonders to list of things I need to do. Is it age or lack,of sleep?

It happens to me when I get stressed. I carry a notebook, even next to my bed so if I wake up remembering something I need to do, I write it down and go back to sleep lol.

Get some rest, go do something fun. Take good vitamins, take a walk, or just watch a favorite movie- personally I like Disney lol. Those help me :)

Maybe a lack of sleep...I agree with  "Ziva65" write it all down, it helps!

I have that issue here. Makes me crazy. Could be both. What about supplements?

Both.

I have a notebook too...I carry it with me everywhere...and leave it on my bedside table at night.  I "review" it every morning and highlight what has to get done that day.  It's helped tremendously.
