The first weekend in December I got together with my friends. I’d been at my parents house since Thursday and we came home Sunday. I asked if she’d be willing throw my pjs into the washer since I was going to take a shower and I’d been wearing them for days. she had no issues doing it for me. I came home and told my dh and mil what she’d done for me and they thought it was ridiculous that I wanted clean pjs after I’d showered. Am I right or are they?

It's not something I would turn into a discussion/debate.

I agree with you and can't imagine what they think the big deal is, especially if you had worn them for days

UGH! I wear clean pjs every night. Definitely after a shower too. You are right!

This is your mom and I see no problem with it as long as you were also helping her out around the house. A pair of pj's really doesn't take any room up in the washer. I've done it for my own adult kids when they came to stay.

I shower in the morning to prevent that. But no, clean jammies after a shower are a must!

I always want clean pajamas or other clothes after a shower, else what's the point?
