Are you more of a morning person or a night owl? Do you need the full 8 hours or can function on less? Do you need the extra boost of energy in the afternoon? Is it easy for you to fall asleep or do you toss and turn?

I’m a nooner, I don’t get 8 hours bc I wake up the same time every night and can’t go back to sleep, so I fall asleep in my chair downstairs after work! In short I’m a hot mess

I am slow in the mornings and need a significant amount of me time. I wish I could get 8 hours of sleep but it rarely happens.

Dragging!! It takes me a long time to fall asleep. I kicked dh out of the bedroom. He comes to bed really late and then snores and has moderate sleep apnea. He finally respected that I get up and go to work, I need sleep. Now it is up to me to turn the damn tv off and go to sleep. Sometimes I take gabapentin, ibuprofen pm, or volarean root to help sleep.
