Sleeping Suggestions

Our son recently got a helmet.  He is fine with it during the day, but at night he is rolling over onto his face and not waking up.  I walk in to check on him and find him face down!
Our doctor suggested him not wearing it at night - but this defeats wearing it 18-24 hours a day.  Does anyone know of a company that makes a wedge for in the crib that is designed to prevent Plagio?  He is too big and moves to much for the sleep positioners.  I thought the right wedge might help with sleeping without the helmet.
I have postioned rolled blankets around him to keep him from rolling over ( he only does this with the helmet - he is used to sleeping on his side without it ) but I am afraid of SIDS ( overheating ) with that.
THanks for any suggestions.

I was just curious to see if you have figured out a solution yet.

The doctor told us just not to put it on him at night.
Thanks!

OK.  Brody's never had problems sleeping but I have heard of alot of other babies that did.  Alot of them put a piece of memory foam in the crib.  I'm not sure if you know but there is a great group on yahoo for plagio kids.
