My Mentor Lisa Allison's personal story

Lisa began her Mary Kay career in 1998 and debuted as a Sales Director in 1999. She and her handsome husband, Ron have been married for 13 wonderful years and have two active girls, Beth is 10 and Kate is 9. Before Mary Kay, Lisa was a Corporate Banker turned stay-at-home Mom who found herself wondering, "Where do I belong? Where do I fit in and am I making a difference?"

She had always dreamed of owning her own business but felt she lacked the confidence to step out on her own. When she heard that Mary Kay's philosophy is God first, family second, career third, she was impressed enough to give this business a try and boy! Is she glad she did! In her Unit's first year, they earned THREE Mary Kay career cars, including the ultimate symbol of excellence, the PINK CADILLAC, and she just picked up her 4th Cadillac - OH it NEVER gets old!

Lisa is proud to lead a 2-time Million Dollar Unit and Top 20 out of 15,000 Units in the nation. She was honored with Mary Kay's highest honor as January 2004 National Miss Go-Give.

She says, "I believe my job is not just to teach, it's to educate and lift people. Mary Kay is the first place where I have found the success I've always dreamed about and at the same time, sincerely love the people I have the privilege to lead and mentor."

Just for making a difference in women's lives, Mary Kay has honored Lisa and her husband on trips to:

• Austria, Italy, France, Hawaii, Greece and Spain
• Over 20 carats in diamonds and jewels, including her most recent: a 7-carat amethyst
• a wonderful home big screen HDTV
• a mahogany grandfather clock
• a fun Disney cruise for Lisa and her family of 4
• a Compaq laptop
• a recent 6 day trip to our nation's capital for Spring Break, courtesy of Mary Kay
• AND! A brand new pink Cadillac every other year…
• - all just for doing her job.

Today, she is focused on building A POWERFUL "Excellence Every Day" National AREA, developing women in positions of leadership and financial freedom as Sales Directors in this amazing company.

Her highest earnings in Mary Kay in one month have been in excess of $30,000 !!!!

She says the secret to her success is her strong desire to glorify God and make a difference in the lives of women, one smart woman at a time.
