Please take our survey for each birth. We are trying to gather information about as many births as possible. We would appreciate if you would forward this to all the mamas you know! Please send your answers directly to Brittany or Rachel, either through a facebook message or email. Brittany: scrychck333@gmail.com, Rachel: rachel817@ymail.com. Thanks so much! Please also include the baby's height and weight, and if you could let us know if the care provider/hospital required you to have an IV or Heplock that would be awesome. Also if a question doesn't apply to your experience, its fine to leave it blank!  Please respond only once for each birth, even if you see the same survey elsewhere!  My friend and I are writing a pregnancy/birth book and want to do our own research!  Thank you!!
