What time do you think it is too early to call someone non emergency in the morning?

I won't call before nine in the morning if it is not an emergency.  In the evening I won't call after eight.

Now that people know I have to be up anyway they call at 8 or 9 but we had the double digits rule when I could still sleep in. Don't call before10 am or after 10 pm (when the double digit times start ). Some of my close family and friends also call me between 10 or 11 but they know I will be up and are calling back usually.

Usually I will not call anyone before 9 am (unless I'm calling them at work) and I don't call past 10 pm

I grew up with this rule: No calls between 9pm and 9am.  Unless it's an emergency.  I use this rule in my home too. 

My friends laugh at me because when I call them and it's close to or after 9pm, I'll apologize for calling so late.  The only time I've called someone before 9am, is when there was a school delay or cancellation.

My son whom thinks we stay up all hours of the night...one night he calls me at 11, one  night it was 12 and another time he texted me at 130 in the morn???

We have repeatedly told him just bc mom dont work.....dad still does!! Im gonna say its more kids than adults!!

I work full time so the earliest we call is 8AM and the latest I would call someone from home is at 8PM.

Before nine in the AM, after eight at night, unless I know the person really well and know that's it's OK to vary from that.
