I take Echinacea and green tea every day and I never get sick anymore.
IS THIS SOMETHING THAT YOU SHOULD USE EVERY DAY?
WOW....THATS REALLY AWESOME TO HEAR AND AS FAR AS DRINKING GREENTEA I HAVE COPD AND ASTHMA AND I USED TO GET SICK A LOT AT LEAST 5 OR 6 TIMES A YR. AND I STARTES DRINKING GREENTEA IN NOV 2008 AND I HAVE ONLY BEEN SICK 2 TIMES AND IT WAS FOR ONLY 2 DAYS! I RECOMMEND GREENTEA TO EVERYONE AND IT ALSO HELPED WITH MY QUICK 53 LB WEIGHT LOSS. NO ONE BELIEVES ME AND THEY REFUSE TO USE IT, BUT IM HAPPY WITH MY GREENTEA AND HOW ITS HELPED ME IN MY LIFE!
i took st john's wort & my son takes fish oil pills & my hubby drinks green tea for the weight loss benefits too

I use echinacea, green tea, sleepy time tea and sinupret, which is an herbal remedy for sinus problems. This is my first winter trying the sinupret and I haven't had a sinus infection yet this year.
I am a firm believer in using natural remedies in a lot of situations. I use eucalyptus and chamomile for chest rub when either my son or I has a cough. I use crap bark tea for menstrualcramps. Tea tree oil dropped on your filter for your AC/heat can reduce mold in the air (great for allergy sufferers). Other herbs like shepard's purse can reduce bleeding during your period for those that have a real heavy flow. Herbs in moderation and used in correct doses can be a wonderful alternative to store bought pills and are easy to use because you can make teas with most or eat the herb fresh in a salad.

Where do you get good tea tree oil?
Is the kind you find at walmart the same as you find in a health food store or somewhere else?
I found this site really helpful if you want to take a look at it...healthfood stores don't generally carry essential oils but there are still straight herb stores out there that sell the herbs in natural form and as essential oils.
