Question about switching to whole milk

Bella turned on Tuesday and I would have normally started giving her whole milk by now but since she was sick earlier in the week I kept her on formula and no solids.  We added solids back into her diet yesterday.

I'm almost out of formula and I really don't want to buy any more, do you think I should start adding milk or wait a little while longer?  She has been fever free since Monday night and definitely back to her old self.

Thanks.

I plan on gradually mixing whole milk in with formula the same way you would switch formulas.  Start with 1/4 whole milk and 3/4 formula then go to 1/2 and 1/2 then 3/4 whole milk 1/4 formula till you know she can handle it.  I am in the middle of a formula switch right now and I wait about 3 days before the next transition.     But I think its ok to start transitioning her now if thats what you plan to do.

This is what I did. I was very easy to see that my DD didnt tolerate milk well at all. she is ok now in her cereal and in small amounts.

I would gradually mix the two until she is getting all whole milk
