I workout daily about 1 1/2 hours. I also get in the jacuzzi with my husband once a week for some "us" time. As a family we take walks regularly for some healthy, positive, family time.
I used to run, and or exercise everyday. Now it's more like walking to the park and or running and holding on to my 10mth old that makes me work out!! Listening to music maybe sometimes..and that's about it. And I rarely get "me" time. Even now as I write this it's chaos..and the kiddies are getting outta the bath...that was my only break...
