Cheap photo editing software???

I would love photoshop but I cant get it right now, what else is a good cheap one lol,, under 30 bucks .. I have picture it but its so old lol

Gimp is similar to photoshop and its free. Here is the link for it.

FREE DOWNLOAD and works just as well as Photoshop. Love, Love, Love it! *especially for the selective color on my b&w :)

I agree!! I miss PDN! my computer wont let me load it after it crashed :( Great program though... you can do SO many things w/it and there are CM groups that have awesome help and tutorials on how to use it!! Warning: it is addictive and time consuming but WELL worth learning :)
