are any of you godmoms and if so how do you legally become one?  i wanted to ask my sister in law to do it because i really trust her and she loves my kids.  she lives in california and i live in washington.  im assuming she will have to be present for anything official.  let me know ladies.

ahhh i see now.  im not a very religious person so i didnt realize that you would have to do that.  i guess the legal term would be guardianship if me and my hubby passed on.  thank you for clarifying that :)

If you mean in a religious way you baptise them at your church, if you mean in case something happens to you it needs to be done in a Will.
