How old were you when you had your first child?

Did you want to have him/her earlier in life?  Later in life?  Or was it perfect timing?  I honestly would've liked to have my son earlier, being that he's my only child and I was 30 when I had him.

i had my first at 31 and second at 34. If I could do it over again, I would like to have had them around 26.

I was barely 17 when I had my oldest, just shy of 21 when I had my second, 23 with my 3rd and 25 with my fourth.  I like being a younger mom, but I never planned on having a child before I was married and still in high school.  But, thanks to my wonderful parents, I was able to graduate with my class, go to college, and I have a wonderful 15 y/o son.   I had always planned on getting married and having kids between 25-30 years old.

I was 28 when I had my first and second. I wish I would have had them younger, but I didn't get married until I was 27

I was 25 when I had my first son... then had my 2nd and last son at 30.  I think 25 was perfect for me.  I was much more energetic at that age, it was easier to actually keep up... God I miss those days!

I was 22 when we had our first. She will be turning ten this year. It sure was easier being pregnant when I was younger. I am really feeling all the body aches this time around. :)

I was 28 when I had my oldest son.  At the time, I wasn't planning on having a baby anytime in the near future- he was a big surprise.  Now, I wish I had started having kids at a younger age so that I could have had more than 2.
