how old were you when you went on your first real official date? how old did you have to be to be able to start dating?

For me a real official date is when the boy and girl go someplace together without anyone else. So my answer is 15, because 16 is the legal driving age here and my hs boy friend was a few months older than me. When we started dating neigher of us could drive, so we went with friends or one of our parents dropped us off somewhere.
i wasnt allowed to start dating until i turned 16, but i didnt go out on my first official date until i turned 18 because the guy i was going to go out with was 4 years older than me and he and i decided it would be best if we waited til i turned 18, it was like 3 months from the time we started talking and hanging out til we went on our first date. he was the asst. manager at the movie theater at our mall and i worked in our mall. i did end up taking him to my senior prom too, it was after i turned 18,lol
I was about 17 and it was a blind date and it was pretty horrible.
I don't even remember, I think I was maybe 15 when I went to my first movie with a guy. :)
I had a boyfriend when I was 8 we did not of course though go out alone but I did kiss him... I went out alone with a boy when I was a freshman (14) dated him until I was almost 17. my parents did not really have rules.... about anything and if they did they did not enforse them
