Which one is you during PMS?

and... is it always the same for you month after month?

Is Chocolate soothing? lol

and.. do you find yourself hiding from others?

Just kidding on the last one unless you do..

So how does your PMS define you?

Well, I use to clean to chocolate.. Now I refrain..

My mood depends on how things are going stress wise.. High stress, could equal bad PMS..

so proceed with caution.. Mainly I'm find, or just slightly mood.

Inside my body is havoc... so I do manage it better then in the past years.

chocolate calls to me and I try not to answer but it is so tempting at that time.

I'm on the pill called seasonale, I get mine every three months. I usually just am more easily agitated due to the horrible headaches I get from the sudden drop of hormones. Ibuprofren is my comfort and the sweet and salty snacks too!

I love chocolate the most during this time, and I am slightly temperamental ..I vent more ,, even if it is over something silly. More sensitive I would say.

Stay clear for sure. And for about a week before my cycle. Hell, husband realizes it before I do, and then he brings me fudge. It doesn't ease the PMS, but it does remind me how much he loves me, before I start snapping at him for stupid shit.

I've had a hytserectomy so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

I had my hytserectomy a year ago this week. but I still have a week that is a pms week I just don't bleed and hurt any more. When I did have my periods I had it all I would start off with needing chocolate, then going to crying about everything, then I would bit your head off for everything.

Depends on the month, but I can get mean.  I am worried about being mean this time around because my stress level has risen.

I'm like a bear with a sore @ss when I am PMSing, so it's best to steer clear. If you are brave enough you can bring me chocolate and something salty cuz I want both, lol.
