how do you deal with a break up?

with a best friend that is..

You know...they meet someone else...and all of a sudden a few years of close friendship and seeing each other every week, talking on the phone is gone, poof, vanished into thin air. They "forget" your number and when you do talk they talk about what they did with the "other" person.

While I would miss the friendship I would realize that there's a reason for everything and I'd try my best to move on and not wonder too much why the friendship ended.

Had to deal with that last year.  I stopped talking to her and moved on.

It's been very hard for me dealing with the loss of two close friends that I considered family, I neer thought that after getting married and having my son, that they would no longer be in the picture and then the way  it all went down, never would of expected it, but I guess that's their choice, just hard now cause only friends I have are my family, but thankful for them at the same time.

Stay busy and focus on what you have to do for your future! It's hard but it works!

its hard not to wonder why but without the other people saying anything there is no option but to move on
