Back To Work Blues..

My baby girl is 10 weeks old, and I have been loving my time at home with her. I have to return to work Feb. 20th and I am absolutely dreading it. We have been interviewing nannies and although we have found a great lady that is a good fit for our family, I am completely bummed. The thought of leaving her for the entire is almost more than I can handle. Any tips on making this tough transition any easier??

We are not fortunate enough to have family close by, so we went through care.com. It was nice because you can see the profile of all nannies. Most have a background check, fingerprint card, first aid and cpr. It is absolutely the hardest choice to make..because there is not a person as good as momma :) Congrats on your little one!
