Teething and Fevers

My son's first tooth finally came in but now is running a low grade temp of around 100.1 which he has never done since he first started teething. I have heard different things about teething and fevers. So my question is do most babies run temps while teething and how high do they need to run before I start panicking? Most of the time when he starts running a temp he is getting an ear infection. So not sure what to think..lol

R there other symptoms? Other symptoms r ear infection or tugging at sore ears, diarrhea, vomiting, headaches. As a matter of fact, ear infection & teething have a lot of similar symptoms. Fever is very common. Give him Infant Tylenol according 2 the label.
