I have a neighbor who really gives me a creepy feeling! He is a single man in his 40s and his lawn has all these young boy statues on it. It creeps me out especially since I have a 3 year old son. I get such an uneasy feeling that I checked to make sure there weren't any sex offenders living in my area (thankfully there are not).
Does anyone have neighbors that make you uneasy?
no, Im soooo thankful to have my neighbors....We never really know they are home unless we see them out...
No, we're lucky none of our neighbors are very close to us and all are pretty "normal" LOL.
Yes, I use to have one like that at my old apartment. Creepy smiles, always talking about how cute my girls were, standing out on my back patio that backed up to the play area....needless to say we moved quickly.
Now, I've been in my house for 5 years now and although the our new situation is nothing like yours or the one prior to us moving here, the neighbors across the street always have cars coming and going, people hanging in the front yard, always out cussing in front of all the kids, or fighting with the neighbors next door to me, who are nice. They dont work and get state assistance, yet somehow can afford all these fancy new cars. Rumor has it, they may deal drugs. Who knows, just dont like them. Good news is me and my BF plan to move intogether within the next year or so. Hopefully somewhere out in the middle of nowhere with no close neighbors. :)
No, not now.We did and they moved out of the rental. Thank goodness :)
Not creeped out. I do have some neighbors that for years were normal now they do all sorts of odd things. I feel like I'm in the movie The 'Burbs.
For instance even though the husband is home during the day just dinking around in the garage last summer he started mowing his lawn at night. He'd put on a head lamp and mow by the light of that. I mean why? There are 4 people living over there overthe age of 15 that could mow the lawn. Why at night with a headlamp all of a sudden?
Also, they started last summer to park there vehicles sideways across the front lawn or in the unsold lot across the street. We live in a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Noone else parks in the street, so there is plenty of room. Why park across your own lawn?
I realize that these are petty things. What can I say I live in the suburbs and oddball stuff like that really stands out. lol Especially since they were normal neighbors for 4 years and then last summer there started to be all kinds of whackadoodle behavior.
yes the neighbors on 1 side have been in trouble with the law the cops have been to the neighbors, making sure it was safe for her to come home and the guys across the street fight over their chainlink fence every summer
