My birthday is next month and i'm turning....32...   Just a few years ago I still got the comments of "you look so young" or "wow, you're that old?  you look 18!"   Not anymore...I must be looking my age...

What do you guys use (as far as skin products) to keep your skin looking youthful?  I don't want harsh stuff or botox, surgery, etc   Just wanna change up the skin care regime a bit...something more suited for my age, I suppose.

I use a skin brightener twice a day
Moisturizer with a skin hydrating serum
Eye creeam
Sunscreen daily
cleanse my skin nightly using a gentle oil cleanser
every wed and sunday I exfoliate and then follow with a hydrating mask
I also exercise daily, eat well (no junk food), drink water throughout the day, and take supplement like omega, bcomplex and vitamin d.

I can't use any of those retinol skin products for fine lines bc my skin is too sensitive

hope this helps. just make sure to keep your skin hydrated; your wrinkles show more if your skin is dry

Good question. Idk but i did hear that if ppl sleep with thier face on the pillow it causes wrinkels & sun isn't good. Easier to stop the cause of wrinkles than buying creams or what not..expensive.

What eye cream do you use?  And what skin brightener?

I use kiehl's dark spot correcting serum. I used to use Bobbi brown hydrating eye cream but that started to irritate me so I just use my face moisturizer (la mer) and just dab a thin coat bc the cream is pretty thick

believe it or not, but banking soda with a good facial wash or soap works wonders. I use olive oil to remove makeup and for a nightly moisturizer.  I go in the sun it gives me a nice glow, also learn how to apply your make up for the 30+ the rules change a little here.

I also am afraid to use lots of chemicals, so I go as natural as i and my wallet can. I make a few exceptions, but nothing to crazy... Oh and get rest... I age 2 years or more after a few long nights. drink lots of water, and smile!
