My husband is my best friend, and I tell him pretty much everything, but I have a few deep dark secrets that even he doesn't know.

After my husband, my best friend (a male) is also my husbands best friend.  I've shared a lot with him, even a few things I don't share with my husband but not much of those because I don't want him to feel like he is in the middle.

Like another poster said, there is no one person in my life who knows everything.

Also, I don't have any close female friends, so there is no one to share "female only" type things with, whatever that is.  I generally relate much better to males than I do to females.

Yes. We've been friends for 23 years. We've been through a ton together & we consider ourselves to be sisters. She's the oldest of 6 & the only girl & I'm the oldest of four, but not close to my family, at all. There's no secrets & no judgments.
