Okay, so in January me and my husband adopted a little girl from China. We enlisted her in private school so she could learn her english quicker so life in America would be easier for her. Recently she has been coming home saying that people are calling her pointy eyes. I called the school the first day she told me and they said they would deal with it. They didnt so I called again and said the same thing and still havent resolved anything. I then called the parents of the children she said were saying it and they said, what? my child would never do that! So it stopped for a while but is back... I called again and still nothing has happened about it she says. Im contemplating whether or not to go to the school and spank the little bitches myself because I'm not gonna have them treating my daughter like this. I was pissed from the start and now i am done with it. We are moving soon but I dont want the mean kids to just gt away with being stuck up brats. Please give me an idea of what I should do now... and I have made sure that she has not been involved in name-calling anyone else. Thank you!

Then, just in case they call your bluff, retain one, even if it's just for an hour or so. So, that if the bullying isn't stopped by weeks end, you go up with your attorney and have him speak to the principal.
School's generally get a little shit in their pants when you say lawyer.
Personally go to the school and wait for those parents to pick up there kids and speak to the parent and the children right there on campus or go in not call and talk to the principal of the school and threaten a harrassment suit I guarentee they will respind then. My mom had the same issue when I was a kid but mine was a boy kept trying to kiss me. My mom actually ended up telling me to hit him which I did because the school didn't do anything but this was a long time ago.
