I make my Broccolli with garlic and butter but I want to try making it other ways that are healthier because obviously the butter isn't healthy lol. So any tips you may have I would appreciate.

I just steam it. I like it plain. I try not to season our veggies too much.

Steamed with galic powder/ salt. We can't use butter in our house due to a dairy allergy

I blanch it quickly in boiling water, strain it, then toss in a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkle chopped shallots and just a dash of kosher salt. Stick it on a baking tray in the oven and roast it, just till it gets a touch of color. Yummy! It makes it sweeter and nuttier. I also do green beans that way, and asparagus .... Mmmmmm!

I steam it too, and let my son and husband season it how they like it, I usually put lemon pepper

I grill it in the oven with sea salt, pepper, and olive oil ... my family also enjoys it with grated parmesan cheese.
