We bought a Yankee Candle gift set through the sale I ran ar my kids' school (yes - Ishamelessly pushed the PTO to run the sale so I oculd buy something for MIL...though I did run it...so that was good).

I'll put pink roses on my mother's grave....as I've done the past 4 Mother's Days. :-(

I haven't thought about it yet. I got my mom a gorgeous necklace and earrings for her 50th birthday in December, so maybe a gift card to the place she likes to shop, or just take her there and a nice dinner out.

Mom to Jesse (09/13/08) and Marie (01/20/2011). Loving wife and attached parent.

I had a shirt made with all the grandkids names on it. And a welcome mat for mil with the grandkids names, Money is tight so they only get 20 a piece.

Hahaha...I was going to say this, but decided to just be nice and only say "nothing".

My mil is dead, so I don't have to worry about her.

Quoting Tigress22304:

 not a god damn thing.

Same with DH and his mother.

They can both kiss my ass

I envy your life :)

I've been married twice and I haven't hadto deal with a mil either time.
My exes mom died two months after him & I started dating.
My current hubby's mom died in 2008 (we got back together in 2005) and he hadn't spoken to for years..except once, over the phone for about 5 minutes.

Flowers for her grave. I will help the kids make a card for my step grandma, she married my grandpa 2 years ago. We will also make one for DH's grandma. MIL will not be getting anyting.

Nothing for MIL and I am not sure about my Mom yet. Probably have our son pick out flowers for her and maybe have him make another stepping stone for her garden.
