Probably just the fact that my grandma is next to us.
See, my grandparents built this house. When I was an infant my grandpa left for another woman so we lived here with my grandma to help her out with bills and stuff. She eventually got a small trailer to put in the back yard and let us (mom, dad, little sister and I) live here. Right as my husband and I were talking about moving out and getting a place of our own, we found out that my mom and dad were moving and that my grandma wanted us to live in the house. So I've never really lived anywhere else. I'd miss the memories of everyone in the house (we've lost so many family members), but the house is small, needs some updating and isn't in the school district we want to be in. ]
It has its definite pros and cons. Ultimately it would take a lot to get us to move since we live here for free.
My kitchen, the large backyard, and the fact that my home is within biking or walking distance to a State Park.
I don't think I would miss anything about the house really, but I would definately miss the location of it. I live 2 minutes from the grade school and two houses away from Subway.
