he also leaks urine and pees 2-6 times per hour! He just gets out of the bathroom and immediately has to return sometimes!
we have been through blood tests, pediatricians, ultrasounds, etc. Nobody knows what is wrong. Everything looks fine. The urinary stuff is just his age (almost 5)
Finally I got a referral to a pediatric urologist. They too were confused after further testing. Everything looks normal. But they did find he had undecended testicles that needed to be dropped.
They did the surgery Friday. At this point it seems to have taken care of everything! The nighttime pain. The frequency, pain, and leaking of urine. Even his funky lopsided run is gone! Hubby is guessing because it was right in front of his hipbone? Other kids were starting to make fun of him for it but no more!
I cannot believe it took so long and the top pediatric urologist in the state to fix such a simple problem that was causing so much.
praying it continues to help!
Thank goodness! I bet you could cry from relief!!! I would think that an undescended testicle could really be painful though. I mean, it was probably getting pinched any time he had any urine in his bladder, and any time he ran. So glad he is better.

This a mild night of pain for him 18 months ago. It has gotten worse since then. I took this because the doctors didn't believe me
