:( I'm at my all time heaviest and I'm starting to get depressed. I'm 265 and 5'2". Not only is my weight an issue of course for various health reasons, but my knees & hips are killing me from just walking up 2-3 flights of stares or standing for more than 30-45 minutes and I do in-home parties so I'm on my feet for at least 2-3 hours.
I already know my Dr is going to want me to lose weight, however, since my knees & hips are such shit right now, I need to know exercises that I can do to lose some weight in my legs to relieve some stress from my knees & hips. My thighs are honestly the biggest part of my body, then my arms...
I want to lose at least 100 lbs in the next year because I'm getting married in Oct 2013. I need help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I would do the 30 day shred, but I heard it's pretty intense. I need something that's going to warm up my legs and not put too much stress on my knees or hips.
