We go on a 10 day camping trip every year.. But thats with family.....  Prolly my honeymoon. 10 yrs ago this August...

My husband and I got to go to Nashville, TN over the kids spring break. They hung out with the Grandparents and we took a mini-vacation.  Over Thanksgiving we went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona for a week as a family, we hiked and climbed and had a fabulous time.

It was in 2007 for our anniversary. We were living in southern Spain and didn't have DS yet. We took a 10 day vacation to Paris and stayed in a hotel 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower. We ate and took in the sights of Paris and had lots of sex. Oh the fun!

A couple summers ago we took a trip to California to see my parents....  Then DH and I left the kids with them and we went to Melbourne, Australia! 

It was awesome!  In fact, we are planning to move there next year....  can't wait!

I've never been on a vacation. Not a real, for relaxation, extended getaway ever!  =(  so sad. It's all been work related trips or one nighters at the coast.  I can tell you this much though, its been my dream to travel all over and I figure my girls will be off to college by the time I'm 42 (a few more years). I'll be able to do it all then. (Pending that I can afford it if College doesnt break the bank...which I'm sure it will)
