Foot!!!! I did it!!! I made my friend go first b/c she is tough. And I thugh if she looked like she was in pain, it would be too much for me. She made it look so easy!!! So I did it. Pain was NOT as bad as I was expecting - very tolerable. And so glad it did it! I LOVE IT!!!
