I SUDDENLY HAVE A MUSTACHE..

I won't post a pic..

but i noticed in the last few months that i have been gettin hair on my face..in April i discovered chin hair..i plucked the few strands i saw..now i look in the mirror an notice i got a mustache..

I was told not to shave cause it will come back even thicker..

I recently discovered that I have one too, and it is absolutely freaking me out.  I wish I knew what to do, but I'm as freaked and clueless as you are.

Wax!!! That thickness thing is a myth. It might get more coarse, but not thicker. You can use an eyebrow trimmer if you don't want to or can't get waxed every couple of weeks to a month.

You are right not to shaved. I would get electrolysis. Have your hormone levels checked also. Good luck!

Welcome to Perimenapause.  DO NOT SHAVE IT!  Pluck it or use nair for face.
