It was kind of funny. Two totally different levels of math, mine higher, his basic beginning, (he hasn't been in school for the last ten years since he graduated hs.) We were both cursing our laptops. Lol. Same school of course.
Kinda felt like we were back in high school all over again! (we are hs sweethearts). Boyoh boy.....
The things I was thinking of doing to him, made it ten times as hard to do my math homework. Lol. I guess he was thinking the same..... ;-)
We both eventually got through our math work and hit the bedroom. We SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO needed that. Lol.
The fact that he only needs to take two math classes the entire program and they are the most basic math classes, (no seriously its stiff like whole numbers, and rounding, and decimals, etc) tells you just how OVER RATED math truly is. Meanwhile I'm friggen stuck in college algebra because that's the min math I have to take, I have over more I have to take after this semester. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Anyone else sharing my pain this semester?
Doesn't seem that over rated, looks like you got some kicks out of it afterwards :) LOL
I took math in the beginning so now it's over and done with. My last year is more of management classes and decision making courses. Although that first year, even with tutoring and lab hours, I wanted to take my book and throw it at the laptop. I remember even telling my husband, "I realize we use math on a daily basis and that's fine. But who uses letters to solve everyday math problems?! No one! This is stupid!" Yeah, that was during the algebra courses.
