what can I do with sour cream

Other than put it on potatoes? I have a big container I don't want to waste...

cheesecake?  Mix it in pancake?  you can do a bit of facial with it too ... mix it with honey and and almond oil slather it on your face for 10 minutes.

you can make beef stroganoff with it

Mix with brown sugar and you have a yummy fruit dip.  Mix in rice with butter for creamy rice.

Ranch dip for raw veggies. Hidden Valley makes a powder to add to sour cream, very yummy.

Make stouganoff (not sure how to spell it)

Egg noodles- 1pkg
Beef broth- 1 can
Hamburger or cubed beef- 1 pound
Cream of Mushroom soup- 1 can
Sour cream- about a cup
Onion- 1/2 a large
Garlic- 2 cloves (more or less depending on what you like)
Salt- to taste

I don't measure....just eyeball. I cook the noodles according to package instructions-drain. Brown the beef-drain fat. Combine all ingredients and stir occaisionally until thick and ready.
