Do your children know what you do/ where you work?

Yes, my son knows both where I work and what I do. If you ask him he will often tell you that mom talks on the phone and the radio to save people who need help and tell her police friends where to go

My oldest is only 4 1/2 so she doesn't really get it yet.  Dh works by the airport and she thinks he flies on planes all day, lol :)

I work from home.  My oldest is 3, so she just knows I work on my computer.  When she's older I'll tell her what I do.

Yes. Dd even got a tour of the bank a couple weeks ago. She thought it was really cool.

No. My son has seen my desk but I work at an insurance company. Not very glamorous to a toddler. He knows I use a computer. DH is a teacher and our son is a little mascot at the school - he cares way more about daddy's work than mommy's!

I work at a daycare. They started attending the daycare a year before I started working there. They know what I do. My youngest is only 3 & has been there since he was 8 weeks old. He is just starting to get that daycare is mommy's work.
