Diaper Rash Cream

What creams or ointments do you use and which to you love?

We use anti monkey butt; it works great, but not on severe rashes like the one my little Phoenix has right now. I'm trying Triple wash (a body wash for babies with disper rashes) and Tri Derma to see if this helps and checking her diaper every 30 min to and hour.

I would keep a thing is generic diaper cream around....but we only used it a few times over the years we had kids in diapers.  I only used it if they had diaper rash...which happened a few times when they were sick, but not much.

We used corn starch powder wi every diaper change to prevent rashes.

Honestly my secret miracle for a diaper rash is giving them a bath with some baking soda mixed in.  It has helped heal up some pretty bad rashes on my kids overnight.  I usually pour about a cup of baking soda into the nightly bath and by morning it is looking SO much better.

Hope that helps!

I just realized I'm posting in a group I'm not a member, sorry.

Wanted to add, when mine has had a bad one, I've left her out of diapers as much as possible, too.

It's rare for DD to get a really bad diaper rash, but if she does I use Butt Paste and/or A&D ointment.  I also keep her out of diapers for a little bit and that helps a lot.
