Soooo anxious

Good evening ladies, I was just wondering if it is normal to have anxiety during pregnancy. I am really anxious and I don't know why. Well maybe I do but just not sure. I looked in the mirror about 2 hours ago and I saw how my belly is shaping out more and I expect it to since I am 19 weeks pregnant, but a hour later while laying in the bed watching tv I got really anxious and I can't seem to shake it. Any idea of what I can do to get rid of this anxiety because it is kinda scaring me.

I'd say it was normal. 

To get rid of it? Try herbal tea especially anything with chamomile, get 20 minutes of physical exercise in every day (like walking or yoga) and just do your best to focus on the positive.

Oh yes that's totally normal, take a warm bath and drink warm chamomile tea!
