Florida, baby!!  We lived in Northern IL for a couple of years.  I do not miss the cold and snow.

Snowed four to five inches last night. It's 25 degrees F below zero. It's really windy and cold. Snow blowing. Ice is under all the snow. Suppose to be below zero for a few days.

We were supposed to get a blizzard, but we only got a couple inches of snow and some cold. It was 24 below zero when we went to bed last night but it had warmed up to 3 above by 8 this morning. Just a normal January around here.

It is up in the 50's here today.  We are in the middle of a warm spell. This isn't going to last. Later tonight the temps are going to plung back into the 30s, and all the rain and water from melting snow is going to freeze. We are also expecting snow this week.
