prayers for my friend *update #2

Y'all please pray for my friend who is 23 Weeks pregnant. She is at uab in labor. They're of course trying to stop it to give baby some more time to develop. Please pray she and baby are both alright & They can get her contractions stopped. They said is she has her within the next 9 days the baby only has a 20 % chance of survival.

*update: they got her labor stopped but it has started again & they can't stop it this time. She got her epidural a little bit ago. please keep praying that baby Emileigh is ok.


**update #2: she had the baby at 11:49am. She is on a ventilator but has weaned down from 60% oxygen to 40% over the last 6 hours. She's so tiny, 1 lb 2 Oz, 12 in long. She seems to be a fighter though so please keep praying that she continues to improve. Thanks ladies.

my prayers are with your friend! have faith it will be ok. my daughter went thru the same thing took alil while but contractions finally stopped and baby delivered at 39 weeks.

I have one friend who's twins made it being born at 23 weeks. And another friend who's twins only lived 11 hours being born at 24 weeks. It is such a difficult thing to face and I pray your friend's baby is strong enough for this fight. Prayers to the family for strength in facing whatever challenges are ahead.
