Have any of you ladies tried Zumba? I'm thinking I might get a DVD for it and try it out...I don't really need to lose a lot of weight, but I'd like to lose the last little bit of baby weight and tone up some and I figured this would be a fun way to do it, but I don't know anyone who has actually done it, so have any of you ladies tried it? Did you like it if you did and did you see results? What are some of your exercise routines? I already eat in moderation, so I'm really just looking for your opinion on Zumba or your own exercise routines.
