clearance rack shopper? A BOGO kind of girl? LOL When you're shopping for anything, do you go for those racks/areas first?

Oh definately, I will never ever have enough to want to throw money senselessly. Interestingly, a lot of the people who I hear say " I NEVER shop clearance" have a lower income. In Lubbock where I live, it's bad enough that when you see a woman with that tan coach bag with the C's all over and an iPhone, you know she's broke.
If you want money you need to learn to be smart with it.
