Yeah, I think 3/4 is the cut off point... Although I stopped bathing with my children when they could sit up on their own...
I think it is between the parent and the child. If we are in a hurry, I have no issue taking a shower with any of my girls (10, 8 1/2 and 5). If they ever express that they are not comfortable with it, I will not do it anymore. Nakedness isn't a big deal in our house, but we do not flaunt it either. (And to be clear, I probably only shower with them maybe once every 4-6 months, if something comes up that we all need to be showered for and cannot wait the 20 minutes between each shower. It's just not a big deal if we have to)
I think it depends on the child. If they want privacy, as long as they're getting themselves clean, I see no need to be in the shower with them.

Yes, I think 2 is the cut off age, but that's just me personally.
Yes I think it is too old. But everyone has there own way of doing things.
