I'm really bad at this. I'll say 35. If I'm off, don't get offended. I'm usually wrong.
in her early 30's
Thank you mamas... here is the story. I feel so obnoxious for even playing this "game" but here is why. That picture is of me and my daughter taken right after Christmas (so a month ago). I am 37. Will turn 38 in a few weeks.
I visited a new dermatologist yesterday because of some hormonal breakouts (weaning my 12 month old). He asked me what I was reading (I was holding a pamphlet on botox) I said, "Oh. just this for when I'm ready." And I giggled (because I WAS joking). He said, "Well, lets see if you're ready." He asked me to frown, squint, etc.. then said, "Well, you are pretty much line and wrinkle free at the moment." I said, "Great. I was afraid I was looking old from the lack of sleep this year with my baby." He said- and I'm NOT joking- "What? Are you 42, 43? I might get an eye lift soon but you can wait for the rest."
I am not a shallow person (generally) but tell a mother of 3 she looks 5 plus years older... I feel so sad and I guess I needed some confirmation that he might be just a little off. Maybe I look older in person, but this is generally what I look like!! UGH!!!
