Is it really bad to pluck them?  Or is it just a myth?

I don't know what you've heard about it, but likely you'll just end up plucking more and more and end up with thin spots where the greys were coming in.

I think it's just a myth like how shaving will make your hair come in thicker.

Oh shoot, that would make sense.  You always hear how when you pluck one, ten come back in it's place.

Oh that.  I think it's just that when you start plucking, then you're really looking for them, you know?

I pretty sure it's just a myth.

Pluck away if you only have a few at the moment, otherwise live with it or dye it. Those old wives tales aren't true. Like the don't shave your face or you will grow man hair? I use a trimmer on my face hair and have done so for years. No man hair yet.  A long time ago, I heard photography models shave with a razor (before laser came around).

I leave them alone.  I think I'm the only one who really notices them right now.  I have single ones all over my head, but I dont' think there are enough of them in one place to look like I'm "graying".  IDK.

PS: myth
